  • What materials are Alloria Hardware products made from?

Most Alloria hardware is crafted from solid brass, chosen for its weight, durability, and timeless appeal. A small selection of designs is made from high-quality zinc alloy, selected for its strength and performance in specific applications. All materials are thoughtfully chosen to ensure each piece feels substantial, functions beautifully, and meets our design standards.

 

  • Do your products come with installation hardware?

Yes. All knobs and pulls include M4 screws along with a 4.5 cm adjustable screw, making installation easy and suitable for various cabinetry thicknesses.

 

  • Is your hardware labeled with a Proposition 65 warning?

The presence of lead in brass hardware is common and industry standard, as lead improves machinability and performance. Lead-free brass is typically reserved for plumbing and drinking-water fixtures, where regulations are more stringent. Our brass products comply with industry standards, with lead content managed within accepted limits.

Yes. Our hardware is designed for durability and everyday use in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and other high-use spaces. To maintain the finish, we recommend regular cleaning and drying, especially in humid environments.

 

  • How do I care for my brass hardware?

To maintain the beauty of your hardware, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the finish. For polished finishes, occasional gentle polishing can help maintain their appearance.

 

Orders, Shipping & Returns

 

  • How quickly will my order ship?

In-stock orders typically ship within 5–7 business days from our warehouse. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to ship orders as promptly as possible.

 

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Custom or special-order items are final sale.

 

  • Can I request samples before making a larger order?

We understand the importance of seeing and feeling hardware in person. Please contact us to inquire about purchasing single-item samples, subject to availability.
